Too bad I can't squat. My deadlift max went up to like 335 when I tested it last week but I didn't log it.

I'm pretty much decent at everything but suck at squatting.

Eh, you can't really say you're decent until you can deadlift 405, squat 315, and bench 225.

What's the "BBB assistance"? I can't say I'm familiar with that...

But, yeah. My hips were kind of hurting today so that's why I didn't push past the 5 reps @ 190.

BBB stands for "Boring But Big," and it's just doing 5 sets of 10 reps at about 50-60% of your 1rm after your main sets, which is what Wendler suggests.

I do it slightly different though, and do BBB like this:
Oh jerks -> Strict Press 5x10
Bench -> DB Bench 5x10
Squat -> Wide stance squat 5x10

I also do 5x10 for BOR's...
