Yes sir. It's been a week since I've worked out which is a shame and has been driving me damn near insane.
I know muscle has memory and it's impossible to lose muscle (could become fat) but I'm just not looking too impressive right now. All that hard work of cardio down the drain. Oh well, meh.
About 75% as of now but I'll be up at the gym tonight attempting to regain some of my form & strength. Thinking about either chest/back, back/shoulders, or back/tri's. We'll see, no real order today.
