Yes sir. It's been a week since I've worked out which is a shame and has been driving me damn near insane.

I know muscle has memory and it's impossible to lose muscle (could become fat) but I'm just not looking too impressive right now. All that hard work of cardio down the drain. Oh well, meh.

About 75% as of now but I'll be up at the gym tonight attempting to regain some of my form & strength. Thinking about either chest/back, back/shoulders, or back/tri's. We'll see, no real order today.

So I worked out Thursday and today as well. Let me just say I lost a lot of strength. :sad:

I'll start back up strictly next week and will hope to shape back to form like I was before I became sick with god damn pnemunia.

03.11.09 - Deadlifts & Back

Deadlift (Conventional, DOHG)
135x15
225x8
295x2
305x1
320x0 (couldn't lock it out, easy off the ground)
225x5

Did some T-Bar Rows, Dynamic Rows, Reverse Grip Pullups, Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns, and BOR's. Couldn't be damned to remember the numbers on the other exercises.

Used straps on the 225x8, 320xfail, and 225x5. Didn't know if I could handle the intensity on the first 225x8 and was exhausted by the last 225x5 so I obviously needed some assistance there.

The 305x1 was strapless but the grip wasn't all that great like I would like it to be.

Do you use an over/under grip usually instead of straps? O/U + chalk = my back fails before my grip does.

Nah, I don't use over/under at all. I've tried chalk before but it does nothing but help with the calesis(sp?)/blisters. My grip is decent but I need to work on it.
