Killer_Instinct has a little shameless behaviour in the past
***Quick update on my training progress***

I finally completed the 270 lb power bench char so the new 275 chart looks like this
165x6
220x6
250x2
220x6
195x8

I only missed this monday by the 2nd rep on the 250 so when I try this again friday I will most likely get it.

As for tommorrow workout, a cardio and ab specific day

-1 mile warmup
-Stadium bleachers- at my school out in the front is our stadium and there is six sets of stadium steps that span about 120 or so yards. The incline is moderately steep and is a killer leg workout. I do this up and back twice.
-10 hill sprints with 25 lunges inbetween each sprint. This hill has a very steep incline but is only about 25 yards or so in distance to the top
-2 100 yard sprints, these are balls to the wall for 100 yards
-1/4 cool down jog.

And then after that I will go home and work the abs which I will display in another post tommorrow morning because I need my rest for the comp. tommorrow
