Crossfit, Aerobic, Boxing, BJJ, and Wrestling. I plan on implementing alot of Flexibility training and stretches.

Also, I'd probably lose 10lbs in that day if I did all that shit.

Yeah well I am not to heavy around 148 and 5'7. But competition is easier in the 138 class so it's a move im going to make.

80 pull ups? Damn. How long did that take? How did you do that as far as set/reps? Or did you just sit there and bust out 80 at once?>

30 Pull-ups focusing on good form, 40 fast I can/kipping, 10 focusing on good form.
Here's my last 2 days...
Monday
4 Miles On Treadmill Around 7-8 Mph
Stretch
Later On In the Day
3 Miles On Treadmill Around 8-10 MPH
TUESDAY
Workout 1:
Sprint 40 yards
6 Pylometric Push-ups
X12 Sets
Workout 2:
10 Burpees/10 Pull-ups
2 Miles On Treadmill at 8-10 mph
10 Burpees/10 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
60 Sit-Ups

Moring BJJ Class 1 Hour And A Half
Workout:
90 Sit-Ups(30 each side)
Deadlift Pyramid 10 Reps To 1 Rep
After Every Set 300 Meters On 7-10 MPH
40 Push-ups
50 Ab Exercises(10 v-ups, 10 left side, 10 right side, 10 leg lifts, 10 crunches)
