hey guys
ive incorporated training methods such as jacobs ladder and incline treadmill sprinting.
what i like to do is 20 seconds on 10 seconds off on the treadmill. i continue this 8-10 times. followed by 2-3rounds of jacobs ladder. a round of jacobs ladder consists of 1 minute of a constant pace of approximately 85 % of mhr and 30 seconds break . by the end of this round im usually completly dead.
do you guys have any other methods of High intensity interval training you would like to share. also please feel free to share opinion about my current methods
