No training this past weekend due to my friend coming up from Georgia, he was going to a wedding and was staying with me so I felt bad if i ditched him for the gym seeing as I haven't seen him since December...

Also I ate like crap friday night, we went to Fire + Ice which is a really cool place but probably really bad for you, I'm gonna have to make up for it this week, I'm still weighing the same, I hate trying to lose the first couple pounds it seems like it takes forever.

Tonight I head to Bishops for some Boxing work, then going to Lauzon's for Kickboxing/Boxing and Wrestling its going to be a long day.

Last night we I worked some boxing, not to much because I can only hit the heavy bag for 20min before losing my mind and no one was there to work mitts with me. Then we did alot of grappling and takedown drills...which seems like the only thing we've been doing lately here...every class its warm up by rolling then split into fat guys and skinny guys and do sharkbait takedown drills followed by more rolling... I think this is one of my main reasons for going back to Lauzons lately, I needed a change and more of a challange and I'll get that there...

I didn't end up going to lauzons, I don't want to over train on the days before team training because that takes everything out of me.

Tonight I teach my Kids class, then head over to Lauzons for Team Training which tonight is a standup class. We start with kickboxing rounds, then go to MMA rounds and MMA drills.
I weighed in at 242 before working out, and when I left I was about 238, the home scale said 235 this mourning but I'm not to sure how accurate it is...

Well Tuesday team training was good, kickboxing rounds where I did really bad in for some reason, I got rocked by a left hook bad... then we just went into MMA rounds and I ended up headbutting one of the guys in the balls, we where scrambling for position and the mats at this point where slip n' slides from the sweat and I slipped and SMASH head to nuts....

I took yesterday off because my elbow has been acting up and I haven't been sleeping well, I literally fell asleep at like 4:45pm and woke up around 5am today... so I should be pretty rested...
