Last night we I worked some boxing, not to much because I can only hit the heavy bag for 20min before losing my mind and no one was there to work mitts with me. Then we did alot of grappling and takedown drills...which seems like the only thing we've been doing lately here...every class its warm up by rolling then split into fat guys and skinny guys and do sharkbait takedown drills followed by more rolling... I think this is one of my main reasons for going back to Lauzons lately, I needed a change and more of a challange and I'll get that there...
I didn't end up going to lauzons, I don't want to over train on the days before team training because that takes everything out of me.
Tonight I teach my Kids class, then head over to Lauzons for Team Training which tonight is a standup class. We start with kickboxing rounds, then go to MMA rounds and MMA drills.
I weighed in at 242 before working out, and when I left I was about 238, the home scale said 235 this mourning but I'm not to sure how accurate it is...
