net was down for a few days, worked out and whatnot, but cant remember exactly what i did...anyways
stretching, 10 min
5 sets of 30 pushups, only made it to 25 on the 4th and 21 on the last
workout 2: hour and a half bjj class, working on the butterfly guard and some basic guard passes for the first hour, rest was free rolling, was caught in a triangle and guillotine, had an awesome flying guard sweep, and sunk in two kimuras and an omoplata
breakfast: banana, apple, handful of almonds, milk
snack: protein shake (20g)
lunch: steak and potatoes
snack: protein shake (50g) + vitamin b6 supplement
dinner: 3 chicken breasts, green beans, and a salad
still noticing recurring pain (although very slight) in my knee, makes my shots for takedowns a lot slower though...thinking about going to get it checked out
leaving to go to europe for two weeks on monday, wont be updating more than likely, but will be working out.
