HitOrGetHit's Training Log

Hey everyone. I am starting a diet/workout plan and I thought I would keep track of it here. I will let you guys know that I take some supplements while working out. I take one called Animal Cuts and then my protein of choice is 100% Whey. Neither of them are illegal in any way and they are not any type of steroid.

I plan to put a new log in everyday and weigh myself every week to track my performance.

Feel free to drop in and say hey, give pointers and definitely help keep me motivated!

February 12, 2010- Just getting my diet down, no working out today.
Weight: 176.5 lbs

8:00- Took first dose of Animal Cuts
8:45- 4 scrambled eggs for breakfast
11:00- 100 Calorie pack of almonds
12:00- 2nd dose of animal cuts
12:45- grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread
3:00- 2 scoops of peanut butter
5:30- 2 scoops of 100% Whey (Protein)
9:15- Way behind schedule, had some cooking difficulties that left me with just brown rice for dinner.

I drank about 4 bottles of water throughout the day.

February 13, 2010- Started working out a bit today. I am still adapting to the new eating habits. I am usually hungry throughout the day. I am trying my best to stick with it though!




Nutrition


Breakfast- 4 scrambled eggs and oatmeal
Snack #1- Low calorie pack of almonds and an apple
Lunch- Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat
Snack #2- 2 scoops of all natural peanut butter
Dinner- Grilled chicken sandwich on wheat

I missed my 3rd snack which was my protein shake after my workout.

Drinks- Water

Supplements- 2 Doses of Animal Cuts

Workout

Pushups- 4 sets, 25 reps
Crunches- 2 sets, 50 reps
Side crunches- 2 sets, 25 reps (each side)

Jump rope for 9 minutes. 3 minute intervals with shadow boxing for 1 minute after each interval.

February 14, 2010- Got tied up today so I didn't workout. Stuck to my diet though.

February 15, 2010- Had some extreme cravings for sweets today. I stood strong. I woke up unusually late and missed breakfast.

Nutrition

Breakfast/Lunch- Oatmeal
Snack- 100 Calorie pack of almonds and a banana
Snack- 2 Scoops of natural Peanut Butter
Dinner- Peanut Butter and banana sandwich. (Natural Peanut butter)

Supplements-2 Doses of Animal Cuts
Drinks- Water

Work Out

5 sets, 10 reps of curls on each arm. 25 pounds

February 16, 2010- Had a good day today.

Nutrition


Breakfast- Oatmeal
Snack- Apple and a 100 calorie pack of almonds
Lunch- Peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat bread. (Natural peanut butter)
Dinner- Baked chicken, rice and broccoli.

Drinks- Water

Supplements- 2 doses of Animal Cuts

Cheating- Half a glass of sweet tea, tiny snickers, and 1 Reese. (God I wanted sugar)

Workout
Triceps-2 sets, 50 reps, each arm, 25 pounds
Calfs(Not sure how much I did)

I will start doing daily updates again soon. I have been busy so everything has kinda fluctuated based on when I have time to eat and what is available.
