well lads have been absent for a while from the site didnt really have time to be on this,would love to say because of all the training i was doing but if i said that id be lying.The names Graham im 21 years young,5"11 86 kg,I am hoping to get down to around 75-78kg in as quick time as possible,but without losing the strenght i have.Mite have a fight in August this year.will know soon as my name has been put forward,due to my ability in the cage when we are sparring.so i will continue as normal with my routine,until further notice of the fight,if i am fighting i will have to up my cardio as the fight is at 77kgs.but anyway enough of me the routine is as follows-
Strenght and Conditioning.
Followed by Muay Thai(Shadowboxing,Pad work,Sparring.approx 2 hours)
Chinups(Forearm and ab work)
Brazilian Jiu jitsu(1 hour)
BJJ No Gi(1 hour)
Strenght and Conditioning
Thai Boxing(2 hours)
Barbell Rows (Forearm work and Abs)Brazilian jiu jitsu(1 hour)
BJJ No Gi (1 hour)
Conditioning (1 hour)
Saturday-(more or less a rest day)
Judo for approx 1 hour mainly technique.
SUNDAY REST DAY THANK GOD.
