I'm going to start keeping track of my strength work outs now also. I don't max out or anything, but I'll put down my pr's, and current stats that I currently know of.
5'4
146lbs.
Deadlift 315lbs. 2 reps
Squat 315lbs. (tried it for the hell of it at the end of a leg sesh...think I can do a little bit more)
Bench 265lbs. 3 reps ( never attempted anymore than that )

The pit disc one followed by bas ruttens all around fighting 7 3 minute rounds DEFENSE!

My workout tonight after jitz will be back
Deadlifts 225lbs. 5x5-8
Pulls ups 20 sets 5 reps ( 5 sets wide, 5 sets medium, 5 sets medium reverse grip, and 5 sets reverse close grip. )

just did jitz class for an hour. Im pretty beat up and soar so I'm just trying to recover for class still. Not sure if I'm coming down with a cold or just got choked one to many times yesterday.

I did 3 bas rutten all around work outs. the last two I made myself. One was focusing on back so I substituted exersices with rows, dead lifts, ect.. The other I focused on abs so I sustituted bas's exercises with planks, ab wheels, sit ups, ect.
