Startting training for obstical events

Hey guys I have decided to take on a new challenge in obstical racing. On the map I have the spartin sprint in April warrior dash and mudathalon in June. Then rugged maniac and mudathalon again in august, rebel race in September then the grand daddy of them all tough mudder in October.

I am going to try to complete most if not all of them most of them are 5ks rebel race is 9 miles and tough mudder is 12 miles.

So far training is going great but do you guys have any tips?

Thumbs up

It sounds like you know what you're doing so I really doubt there is anything I can add that you don't already know. Good luck and props for competing.

Well thanks but the reason I ask is because my current training is geared toward general fitness and strength and I was wondering if there are specific exercises that you think would be especially beneficial like hill sprints farmers walk or whatever and what muscle groups I should be focusing on.

Thanks
