Muay Thai Trainning

Hello..I'm a new user here and have some questions...

First, I'm a brazilian guy with 31 years old, and I come back after 10 years to trainning Muay Thay. I trainning during 2 years in the last time.

I want to know want I can do to strengthen some body parts.

I have very difficult to realize low kick or high kick cause I have a strained groin. During 2 years I stay quiet without no exercise. I turn back and starts bodybuilding and trainning exercises to my groin. This give more strength.

But now I come back to Muay Thai and have difficult to up and stretch my legs. i want to know which kind of trainning i can make my groin good?

Others parts that I have to strengthen it's abdomen, thighs both internal and external and cinnamon....mainly the abdomen and thighs I'm taking all the blows even with the guards to kick...for this I need urgently make it strong.
