fat burner supplements?
 
Hey, I'm not entirely stupid and just asking for magic pills to kill my fat.
I'm 6"1 around 220 looking forward to be standing at 210 at a reasonable fat amount where I can be happy about it. I dont expect ripped 6 pac or something. or even 4 pac. I train MMA about 3-4 times a week, and hit the weights every now and then (about twice a week)
I eat fish chicken and when it comes to bread only whole wheat. I avoid sugar as much as possible(my whole wheat cereal got a bit sugar in it, can't control it), drink skimmed milk.

what can i do to accelerate the process? it's really keeping me away from training well, I feel overlooked because I'm a fatty.

Me and one of my buddies use Arson caffeine based fat burners after a long lay off and they work a treat to lose the pounds that have been put on.

I wouldn't suggest long term use but they do helpget you in shape. I say help because they arent miracle pills they help out alongside a healthy eating program and excercise routine.

Liek the dude above said lay off the beer, that's the best way to lose weight. If you feel like going out for a drink stick to vodka and lemonade or something. Also I find (and my coaches recommend) it is unrealsitic to completley cut out junk food. It's good to be bad sometimes and stops things getting boring so once a week (Saturday night for me) get a pizza or McDonalds in you ;)

That took a lot of balls to do that...haha. In all seriousness, take ephidrene pills. It's the most popular, increases stamina while you work out and it's an appetite suppressant. Otherwise you already know the answer...plyometrics, aerobic exercises. In fact take a cross fitnessing course and you'll lose probably 10 pounds in a week. If you're working out and eating what's the point. You're gaining back all the calories. I have the opposite problem. I'm gaining leaning muscle.

First things first. Cut down on beer, if you drink it. It is massively high in calories. 1 pint of beer is like half the calories in a meal.

Tips are great related to fat burner, should try
