Hey, I'm not entirely stupid and just asking for magic pills to kill my fat.
I'm 6"1 around 220 looking forward to be standing at 210 at a reasonable fat amount where I can be happy about it. I dont expect ripped 6 pac or something. or even 4 pac. I train MMA about 3-4 times a week, and hit the weights every now and then (about twice a week)
I eat fish chicken and when it comes to bread only whole wheat. I avoid sugar as much as possible(my whole wheat cereal got a bit sugar in it, can't control it), drink skimmed milk.
what can i do to accelerate the process? it's really keeping me away from training well, I feel overlooked because I'm a fatty.
