So I was sparring with my friend the other day and he says I need to build my chest (Which I do)
So what are the best exercises for building my chest and Abs.
ALSO!! I don't have access to a gym too easily until I get my license so the only thing I have are 12 pound dumbells. Can anyone tell me workouts without weights or using the 12
