Flencher has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Pharm Supplements?

What are your guys general opinion on it? I know its the UFC sponsored supplement brand, but how does it compare to other brands of supplements?

I am probably in the minority here but I really don't believe in supplements. They can be dangerous as it is easy to overdose causing problems for your organs. Also they can have bad interactions with other medication you take. Some of the vitamins simply have too much.

I drink protine shake and take the one a day multivitamin that's it. I try to get the rest with a steady diet.

It isnt prescription? Its protein shakes, multivitamins, Creatine, blah blah blah.
