B4 BJJ Comp
what do you reckon you should eat and drink the morning of a comp? say your weighing in at 10am and fighting at 11am? i was worried about making weight at my last comp so didn't end up eating, very big mistake, intial burst of energy, about 30seconds, then empty tank. I'm gonna be on weight this time 100%, whats best to have before heading to a comp?
