Under 18 Pre Workout Energy Drink

Im 16 and tonight before training i bought a muscle and fitness magazine the supplement was called Ripped Freak Pre Workout drink it was a small sachet i tried half of it and tonight i was feeling insane how good it worked i was so happy but my mom didnt like the idea of having it cause it was for 18's and over so i'd like to know about non stimulant pre workout drinks i really liked the focus i gained off it and would like it again and by the way i need an pre workout drink because i sometimes have bad days where my eyes are messing up and i was told get something like this to help keep my energy up more i eat clean i believe im healthy but i'd like to know if there are any ones as a 16 year old i could use and you would reccommend cause at the moment i really want that focus back in me it was such a great feeling any help would be greatly greatly appreciated

Just drink water, get some calories and protein if you think you need it, don't bother with all that supplement crap.

Okay thank you for your advice, i was thinking of using the natural option and sorry for the punctuation it was just easier to write quicker without.

At your age I would just go train. You don't need all of that stuff. It isn't even good for older people but at 16 your body just isn't really ready to handle all of that.
