I need someones help please?

Hello, My name is Mark. About a week ago I was asked by a top end trainer to join MMA. He seen me fight, and he said I have a lot of talent. I have only been in about 50 fights and lost 2. The thing is He wants me to gain more weight/muscle. He's helping me out on my workouts but I need some help from you guys too. I need to gain 20+ Pounds of muslce and lose about 10 pounds of fat. If I can get that within 3 weeks or so I will be set. I used to be a street fighter from 5th grade up till now. I just turned 18. About 2 years ago I joined MMA fight club and training. I am co manager of the place now and I teach people now. And I got asked to join the real deal. Can someone help me on how I can gain 20+ Pounds of muslce ASAP. Thank you all for your help on this. Thank you

If i was this mma trainer I would forget about you and find the 2 dudes you lost to. If he thinks you got potential, those damn two kids you lost two must be the next big thing.

lol, the first fight I lost was in 6th grade and it was my first fight ever. 7th grade I knocked the little punk out but I still lost the first fight. The 2nd fight I fought someone was winning he hit me I fell to the ground I got up he started running to his truck and beat me with a baseball bat. He was done he started to get back in his truck again and I was running after him in his truck. So it was a little punk who had to hit me with a bat and my first fight ever. when I was a kid. so yeah..

If you were to add up these 50 wins, what would the break down be:
Tko-
Ko-
Submission-

It sounds to me like you should be in the pound to pound rankings as I'm guessing most of these dudes were either smaller or bigger than you.

Yes thie thread is serious. I need help gaining weight/muscle fast. And I don't fight anyone smaller than me. I just wont. I tell by people how they walk, move, and the first sentence they say and how they say it to notice where their weakspots are. And how I'm going to fight them whether it be bitch-slap them around and make a fool of them, toy with them and hit them a couple times and move around and repeat process. move around until they get tired, or hit them with 2-3 hits and Knock them out. I have a violent history though. I get SSI right now because of my violent history. 8 Felony batterys, and expelled from school when I went to school 4 times. I don't look for trouble, I dont talk shyt. I wait till they swing and thats it lol. I take it as a game because if you take it to serious then thats where you f**k up. I just needs someone help to gain some weight fast, not fat, muscle. What should I do?

Between the username and counting street fights as legit wins, I just can't take this seriously.

RIP Jordan Corder. Watch over me from above brother.

Get on TRT. Say you have hypogonadism like the wonderful MMA icon CHael Sonnen.

Hold on, these 50 fights were street fights yes? Not sanctioned MMA bouts?

You might have potential, but you have jack shit in MMA wins. Nothing, nada.

What you need to do is forget all that street fighting rubbish and focus on proper structured training. If anything, you should be ashamed of the street fighting, not proud of it.
