Cardio/Workout routine

Hey guys, I've recently been doing cardio the last few days (only jogging) and have a few questions. I am going to be joining an MMA camp in the next few weeks and I need to trim down a bit. How many days a week is good for cardio? What other exercises can I do that are the best forms of cardio (biking, swimming, etc?), also, how should my workouts change now that I'm cutting not bulking. I used to do bodybuilding style training. I assume I'm going to have to maybe up the reps a bit? Thanks guys.

Cardio is good 7 days a week, that's what I do. I wouldn't jog if I were you though, jogging is really hard on the knees. Biking is really good, stair stepper and swimming because it works out every muscle in your body. Cutting would involve your calorie intake being monitored also low weight high rep for lifting.

Perfect! That's pretty much exactly what I wanted to hear, I'm really not a fan of running lol. So stationary biking is fine? How long should I be doing it?

About an hour or so, varying speeds, up and down hills is best for working muscles.

I wouldn't jog if I were you though, running is really difficult on the legs. Bike riding is really good, stairway stepper and diving because it performs out every muscular in your system.

Making it a part of our daily routine is what we gotta do basically it has a huge impact on our physical well-being.
People who do it there stamina and strength is more than others.
