Hey... I'm currently coming to the end of my cutting cycle. Carbs are lower but not really that much... All whole grains ect... I do swim training morning and 3 mile run + plyometrics evening. Going back into big lifts and weight training and drop sets ect. Been looking at getting a REALLY good PRE WORKOUT. I worry as I look at some and i' not sure if they are steroids or whatever I don't know the internets crazy, don't know what your getting into. I want something that has the nitric oxide, amino acids all the boosters all the good stuff but just don't want to take anything that could affect me when I get drug tests.
That's a good way to get rid of this all i mean the thing is what you have planned can really be good.
If you do it in the right way that can help you a lot.
