I was thinking about buying some supplements and was looking at the Xyience products I was wondering if anyone is using them and what you think about them, is it showing results in the way you work out and look.

They make a good product but its way to much $$. if you are looking at their NO2 products i would highly recomend going with something like BSN's no-explode. its still pricy but much less then the Xyience and does the job very well.

but what is it that you want? i mention the no2 as its their most popular supliment but it would realy help if you had a certain goal in mind ie muscle building, energy etc..

Yea i was looking at getting a muscle building supplement to add mass. I saw the xtreme natural growth factor but i just wanna be sure im getting something thats worth it and not spending the cash on a dud.

www.bodybuilding.com >> cheap+great. About 50 to 70% cheaper then most local GNC's etc.

at the risk of upsetting some people

supplememts are not really necessary,
if u wanna gain mass just;

1. Eat more food
2. Make sure u get plenty of protein
3. Regularly lift heavy objects
