Find a gym if you dont have one, train your ass off, attend competitions then amatuer fights then the ufc. establish yourself

First to become an mma fighter you should learn ground technique and stand up fighting.

Eg,
bjj or judo for the ground

and

Muay Thaior Kickboxing or striking

Look online for local clubs. All you have to do is train for a long time, some people are good and some arnt.

Also do alot of BJJ competitions (No-Gi). This willn help alot since most Ameuture MMA venues don't allow head punches on the ground, so an established BJJ artist wil dominate ground as long as they can get you there.

Find a gym with a diverse group of people. At my gym we have wrestlers, boxers, mma fighters, BJJ artist, sambo artisit, and other fighting styles. Train against them all so you are used to it and will do better.

Do you have any suggestions on training, I might be able to find a gym here, but I don't have anyone to help me with training (pads, etc.) and most importantly, I don't think anyone on the island (bermuda) knows how to teach muay thai (which is what i want to master) and combine it with ju jitsu (it is easy to find ju jitsu training though), I don't know how I can make this dream possible with such limitations, any help? is there anyway to teach myself, then just find a gym to actually do the training?

I guess there is not much I can do on the island really, I guess I will try and find a gym when I go off to university next year to the UK, either Birmingham or Hull, maybe I will get lucky.

Yep...there the two starting steps.

Join some classes and train, start doing amuetuer fights then look for a low level pro organization then try to get into the UFC(its not an easy task)

But likle BJJboy said learn some of these things

Glappling/Ground
BJJ, Judo, Sambo, Wrestling

Striking
Muay Thai, Kickboxing

But if you can't get them then choose something that will help but make sure its good(no TKD)
