help with a nutrition/workout routine

i am 15 years old, 6'0", and weigh around 135 lbs. i have some fight experience in kuntao. i need help for a workout/nutrition plan that would help with overall fitness as a stand-up fighter, i need to have stronger power hits. i am slightly limited to dumbells so any body weight exercises or dumbell exercises would help.

Protein to help build muscle.

Work all muscles that will help you out.

For punching harder well try using a hard bag and using gloves for a while then take them off and your hands will adapt and move faster and harder for the time and eventually your hands will adapt and it will help in knuckle conditioning which also helps.

Also get light weights and shadow box with them and they will make you move faster and harder eventually.

As long as you do it right.

Well if you know Fedor you might also notice he doesn't lift weights he just does strength exercises so do Pushups, Situps and pullups/chinups and lots of them but don't do them when your tired it won't help so if you don't know and your muscles are sore take a break until they are fine.
