Can anybody help me out with a daily food plan that enables me to eat a lot but eat the right foods. I trained in Tae Kwon Do from the age of 10 - 18 years and ate like any kid does between those ages. I then threw it all away and spent the next 10 years training every now and again in different Martial Arts. I am now 29 years old and have been back in training in MMA for about a year. I want to get serious about losing my excess fat so need to be eating the right foods. I am not sure when I should be eating carbs/protein, what time of day how much what types of food etc.. Please help.
