State placer wrestler needs help
alright iam 16 my fight weight is gana be 140 so i need a littel advice.
iam traing with someone who is 3-0 he teaches me all my striking and stuff but i need some strength i have the whole schools weight room i can use adn i was wondering if anyone knew a good bodyweight workout.
It any one has a day by day it would be nice iam in very good shape and i have a good wrestling background iam work and gotten alot better in striking and my ground game i work out 2 times a day one before and after school
the kids at my school organized another fight night and my last one i just used my street fighting to win but i bearly one.
i really want to work on the bodyweight cause i think taht its smart cause iam fightin some one my size i just need advice and a day by day cause i wont do it unless i have one and if anyother fighters have advice please help me
