Muscle recovery
God damn I'm sore and I keep getting worse every time i add a lil something extra to my workouts. Any good supplements or foods to help my recovery time. I work in a very physically demanding job so being sore really hurts my performance at work.

either get more sleep, eat more i.e. protein, carbs, clean foods, etc., and/or you can start supplementing BCAA's (maegadosing). Glutamine seems to help with DOMS aka really bad soreness.

i work a pretty hard job also. A lot of times your simply not eating enough, sleeping enough, or overdoing things.

ya, glutamine definately helps. most people i've talked to about it say the powder works better than the pill

Take glutamine and a whey protein shake. Take the shake as soon after workouts as possible. Thats what i take and it has reduced my recovery time dramatically, it also allows me to work out harder and i have seen solid strength increases.

Eat a Banana before your workout and after.
