I have yet to see a UFC fighter not keep eye contact with their opponent, if you look someone in the eyes you can see their whole body, you are more likely to interpret their next move

but thats just my opinion, personal experience, I'll try watching their chest in sparring, but guaranteed my eyes will go back to watching their eyes.
