Hey I wanna learn some MMA techniques but can't afford to go to a gym and I don't wanna be a MMA fighter or anything I just want to learn MMA for self-defense. Any kind of training you guys would recommend?

if you don't work out Muscle MIlk is usless. I'd say if you don't have money to get good training and you don't want to be fighter than get some instructional dvd's a Thai Heavy Bag, some gloves, a mouthpeice, and puch mitts and train with your friends.
If you can't afford to go to a gym I'd say you're 13 and under. (A gym is like 20 bucks a month, that's like 2 and a half hours of work a month). I'd say ask your parents or join your school wrestling team. Unless you're not in highschool, just download some dvds that show you how to do some techniques or watch more MMA.
