Any supplements you guys recommend for thai fighters? I used to be a bodybuilder so I've practically tried them all but let me know!

Whey protein is a very fine one,I have taken that when i used to do my stuff and that always worked for me i guess having that can be a useful thing.But at the same time physical activities in routine is your need.

I thinks protein shakes are best for you to gain strength and muscles also. If you use it before exercise and training its helps you to gain stamina.

I prefer sometimes trainingboosters, because after work Im often very tired. This can give you a focus and increases your stamina, even if you feel really exhausted.
