Supplements

Any supplements you guys recommend for thai fighters? I used to be a bodybuilder so I've practically tried them all but let me know!

Whey protein is a very fine one,I have taken that when i used to do my stuff and that always worked for me i guess having that can be a useful thing. But at the same time physical activities in routine is your need.

I thinks protein shakes are best for you to gain strength and muscles also. If you use it before exercise and training its helps you to gain stamina.

I prefer sometimes trainingboosters, because after work Im often very tired. This can give you a focus and increases your stamina, even if you feel really exhausted.

I tried a lot of them. If you are interested, just let me know I can send you a briefly overview :).

The guys I have worked out and trained with I mostly have them concentrate on diet more then supplements. I push for gluten free and dairy free diet with protein in the morning and after they workout. That has had success for me?

Are you trying to cut weight at all cause some supplements can make you put on weight?
