A good one I do is like....... squat thrusts but one leg to the front and one out back. Lunge with one leg and have the other out straight behind you, then jump up a bit and swap. That kills me pretty quick. If you have stairs, running up and down them is a good idea. I do that a lot and it works on your thigh muscles as well as your cardio.
