Good indoor cardio

What kind of cardio can I do in my own house, preferably without taking up too much room?

Yep, jump rope is excellent for that purpose.

Why not get a punch bag and work out on that. You'll improve your punching power and it provides an excellent cardio workout if you use it properly.

A good one I do is like....... squat thrusts but one leg to the front and one out back. Lunge with one leg and have the other out straight behind you, then jump up a bit and swap. That kills me pretty quick. If you have stairs, running up and down them is a good idea. I do that a lot and it works on your thigh muscles as well as your cardio.

I do have a punching bag (100 lbs) but that's only one exercise and I like variety.
