Yeah I usually take 2 slices of whole wheat toast em' put a little penaut butter and strawberry jelly on it... Mmmmm that just made me hungry. Im going to go make some.

I think it wouldnt hurt you but if your on a diet I wouldn;t put any butter or other toppings on it.
