Toast.

Is toast good for my diet?

VinceD 05-02-2007 04:08 PM

LOL! I dont think that toast is going to mess up your diet in any way. Unless maybe you eat a bunch of it. But a couple of pieces a day for breakfast shouldnt be a problem.

Do you think it would be good for me to add to my diet?

Do you mean to add toast to your diet or to add more food to your diet other than toast?

Flaw 05-02-2007 04:28 PM

Like would toast be good for me to add to my diet.

VinceD 05-02-2007 04:31 PM

Yeah, why not. Toast is delicious.

Flaw 05-02-2007 04:50 PM

Toast is a good source of carbs to eat with breakfast. However, I would suggest eating wheat bread or whole grain. Oatmeal is probably the best source of carbs, followed by bagels, and other types of cereals. A piece of toast has about 11-12 grams of carbs in it so a couple pieces added to your breakfast definitely is a plus

Would it be ok If I had a bagel every day for lunch? Thats the only thing good to eat here at my school.
