is it just me?

well i've been training kickboxing for a year and a half, everyday i train for about 3 hours and somedays i go run 30 min and then work out for an hour. i also take creatine.

the problem i have is, that i don't seem to lose the fat under my skin. i was always trying to aim for a look like GSP, you know how he has like no fat? is it just the way i am meaning, i can't get rid of that bit of fat or is it possible to get rid of it? any one else have this? btw i'm 6' and 160 pounds

PS: also getting a 6pack is a problem for me

On a side note, I noticed I kind of blew up in size when I was on creatine before, but it was an all around bigger type thing. IE my shoulders, chest, waist, everything got thicker.

For losing extra fat try working out more cardio (ie running) when you first get up everyday before you eat. It works wonders for burning calories.

Let me tell you something many people fail to grasp when they work for their "perfect" bodies.

Genetics is a huge factor in the way you look. Some people will naturally look cut, like GSP. Some will look more dull.

Some people can eat anything they want and stay skinny or cut. Some people struggle with excess body fat.

If you're not genetically blessed, like bodybuilders (most bodybuilders are gentically blessed so they can pursue careers with their bodies easier than other people), you can work really really hard to reach a more "shredded" look, but don't be surprised if you never look like someone such as GSP. Make the best out of what you got.

Here's a tip: Do cardio first thing in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach for at least 30 minutes. Later in the day after some rest and some food. Lift weights first, then do more cardio.

Don't just do weight-lifting. Make sure you do cardio directly after weight lifting.

I'd give you nutrition tips, but by reading your height and weight it seems like you'd be okay.

You should definitely be losing that fat. Maybe it's your diet. Too much carbs maybe?

I had the same problem in highshool wrestling I would work out 3 hours a day but still not loose any fat the proble is diet. I am eating better and lost fat alot faster.

Tips for diet:

1.Stay away from the fryer always order grilled of baked.

2. eat 5 to 6 times a day every 3 or 4 hours like for instance Breakfast, lunch, snack, Dinner, Snack.

3. stay away form sauce and mayo.

4. 12 glasses of watter a day

5. if your old enough an acational glass of wine is good because of the antioxens in acholl. If not Grape juce is good.

6. build a strict eating and work out scedual.

7. Finaly go off the diet once a week and take a day to realax.

Buy a nutrition book and find the diet that works for you.

Good luck!

What type of creatine are you taking? If it is a monohydrate you might be getting some bloating going on, i would switch to a creatine ethyl ester (CEE).

also... what kind of preworkout and postworkout nutrtion are you doing?

try switching up your workout routines from light weight high reps one week, then the next high weight low reps.

Genetics is a huge part. Also, it doesn't matter how you work out if your eating crap. Eatingy health will make a huge difference.

i would leave out the creatine all together as it retains water in your body if u want to look cut try a thermo fat burner but by the same token gsp bleeds his body dry before a fight and thats why hes so defined

No Creatine for you at this point. stay on the diet and loose the fat first.

I dont like the creatine if you dont use all of that energy imediatly all that protine turns in to fat.

But if you need some suplement later buy something from here
http://www.couturenutrition.com/.

dont forget to take vitamens
