The Sledgehammer/tire workout

I know that Fedor and Chuck do the Sledgehammer and tire workout where if you dont know they get a 16 pound sledgehammer and hit it against a tire. Does anyone have any videos of this to show the right technique? I cannot find any and would extremely appreciate if someone knows where to find it.

Sledgehammer workouts are very popular for strength and grip training. You can also pound a hammer into dirt if you don't have a tire.
