Cardio Help

hey i need help with my cardio if i could get someone to suggest a routine for me that would be awesome..

Im 16 yrs old and i go to school from 730 in the morning until around 230 at 130 i run about 2-3 miles in wrestling then do wrestling stuff then i go home at around 300 and idk wat to do after that i just started jumping rope a lot now and i run every once in a while does any one know any good routines i could do to build stamina and lose some fat

Treadmill

5 minutes at 5mph
5 minutes at 6mph
5 minutes at 7mph
5 minutes at 8mph
5 minutes at 6mph
5 minutes at 5mph= 30 minutes (it grueling but do it maybe 2-3 times per week and your cardio will go through the roof in matter of 2 monthes)

it's also a good idea to listen to music while doing this to take your mind off of it

dont think about it....you absolutley need a routine since you're 16 and not in any super competetive sports....run after school, go on a bike ride for a couple hours, play soccer, play basketball, pretty much anything besides sitting at home is a good cardio exercise, as long as you're out doing something your cardio will be better than sitting inside not doing anything
