I listened to alot of fast paced dance music in my early teens like Drum&Bass/Jungle, Happy Hardcore ecetera and just elft it all in my record collection to gather dust, however the past few months i foudn myself checking alot of Jungle and found its improved me in the gym, particularly when lifting weights... just the aggressive tone and the emcees in jungle music... damn that gets me pumped.
