Nutrition / supplements > here ya go.

I hope everyone gets some good information, nutrition is just as important as learning how to shoot a double leg. For 99.99% of people following Body4life is a SUPERB place to begin and get useto eating clean and frequent meals.

A great website to log your food www.fitday.com(automatically will run micros and is an excellent program.)

Well even though this is the wrong section for this, this stuff is something i take seriously every day.

so heres my list.

I take Xyience Nox-cg3 (used to use n.o.explode but couldnt sleep)
basic gnc creatine monohydrate
cytocarb 2 (broken complex carbohydrates that help your body absorb protein)
potassium gluconate
Universal natural sterol complex (not all the time though 6 horse pills is rough)
Used to take hydroxy cut hard core but again couldnt sleep so i replaced it with the gnc mega man sport pac which has the mega man vitaman a thremogen and some other good stuff.
l argine
xyience xm2 protein, xtreme muscle meal. solid protein with extras geared well for fighter type training
basic gnc whey protien.

now i dont take all of it all the time but i am pretty consistant

i wake up in the morning eat cereal, go to class, eat some hard boiled egg whites, take some nox cg3, lift (or do kung fu or what ever i feel like doing) protein shake, eat dinner (i like chicken alot so thats usually what i have) take my vitamins, train, maybe have another shake, study, sleep.

my days not always in that order, but thats basicly all the components.

yes, im strong, ask kds13, ive picked him up rampage style a few times

That's not very efficient, healthy, or productive. I suggest you research a little about diet+supplement

hey this site is cool, hadnt seen it before, i think ill try it out for a while. repped

oh and wuk...you dont know what the **** your talking about, im a personal trainer, so uh...i might. You should research thinking before typing. and i assume the only thing you could see that as not being a productive life style is if your trying to gain massive amounts of weight/muscle...in which i am not.

and yeah wise its a little sketchy, but doesnt really seem like an advertisement if you go to the websites, seeing as most of them are forums, and/or free sites. body4life is the only thing anyone would spend money on.

Dude your whole regimen seems out of control. Ive never seen a personal trainer who would put so much bullshit in his system. Your shit is decent for a short term gain but its going to overload your system in the long run. Talk to me in 10 years when your ****in liver and kidneys fail.

It's always interesting when someone's supplements make up a higher percentage of their dietary intake than their diet.

What I take

AnimalPack(multi)
NOW omega-3(fat)
PurpleWraath(excellent recovery/bcaa supplement)
UMP(casien whey, slow digesting I use it with rolled oats/banana/skim milk to make my own MRPS).
Bulk whey.
Storm/bulk creatine mono

This is a very very simple/basic stack but it is excellent.

Meal 1: 1 scoop ump, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 banana, ice water+ a 1/4 cup skim milk. + tbsp NAT peanut butter.

Meal 2: 3 hb eggs+ 1pc whole wheat.

Meal 3: Portion of chicken or can of tuna + 1 cup veggies

Meal 4(PRE): Portion of chicken+1/4 cup oats+1 cup veggies

Meal 5(PWO): 2 scoops whey+the rest of the banana+1/4 cup oats.

Meal 6: Varies: Cottage cheese+steak, or a fish. 1 cup of veggies.

Depends on my school/work shifts sometimes I am forced to make more of my own MRPS and slam them.

Overload your system? Sorry my friend you are getting basic supplements confused with roids. Ignorance is amazing!
