Training and Supplement Questions.
 
Hi i had some questions about recommended Supplements and training.

When i was in high school i was a State Contender in Wrestling/Swimming/ and played Soccer all my life and was at about a 5.8% body fat level. After that i took up MMA to a degree, learning more about kickboxing and submission work. During that time i lost alot of cardio, i am now at about a 16% body fat level and my cardio is to be honest terrible seeing how i haven't fought in about a year now.
It's hard because i was working and going to community college at the same time, both full time and had no time to really hit the gym (i work in a lumber yard, so after hulken around bricks/soil/lumber/concret already ya feel real tired). Now im moven out to a University and don't have to work at all and im looking to spend alot of my time getting back into shape, because i hate being out of shape, think everyone does.

Anyways i know how to diet right, and how to work out but what supplements are recommended just for Fat burning and muscle building. Of course you see Xyience since we all watch UFC, then theres ones like Stacker and all those others.

Was wondering which ones work the best but without going into stupid shit like anabolic steroids which raise testosteron(sp?) level.

Xyience XM2, i had alot of buddys that took it as i started to quit takeing kickboxing and they said it worked damn good.

Any suggestions or opinions?

Mike, I'm on the XM2 as well, works pretty well, and I'm also on the Xtreme Testosterone by Xyience......they both are awesome products, but they will only work if you have proper workout regimine, and a steady diet.....anything u wanna know about the side effects or nething like that let me know

yeah, don't get into steroids. Steroids don't only raise testosterone levels, but they also raise estrogen levels which could give you bit*h tits and other unwanted things to happen to your body. Another thing with steroids is that you have to ween yourself off of them once you start. You can't come off cold turkey, because you can cause serious harm to your heart and other important internal organs. People don't realize, but your heart is a muscle and when you take stuff like steroids, your heart will grow to which isn't good. To work on your cardio, the best thing for you to do is RUN. Run alot , thats what I do. I run about 4 miles a day, 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles when I get home from work. The only thing I use is Xyience NOX-CG3 and XNGF ( Xtreme natural growth factor ) its all natural capsules used to enhance body mass and reduce bodyfat. Stick to the most natural solutions, the more natural you do everything the better off you will be. Anything you take, you have to work out. Like those shakes, if you don't work out while drinking them, you will get fat. I watched a friend drink them everyday all day and he never worked out and he gained alot of FAT.

i donno about the testostron stuff, just for the simple fact its outlawed in alot of events and im going to be doing some Jiu Jitsu tourniments while im out there because they have the program at the school im going to. Gotta love ROTC being out of your school and offering hand to hand combat and then Jiu Jitsu as well.

What kind of diet do you stick to?

When i did wrestling it was alot of chicken/steak and salads. Well lol after weight in it would be pasta and bread, things that stick well lol

i would like to know what kind of dieting works the best with atleast XM2 because some things work better then others.

Also how many days a week you work out? Id usually only do about 3 or 4 mile run once a day and then 3 days a weak it would be weight training.

LoL, I tell you, I eat anything and everything. I don't have myself on a strict diet I am a solid 160lbs, my metabolism is so high it burns just about anything I eat. I own a flooring company and I do alot of the work myself, so I burn alot of fat that way to. If you have ever layed anytype of hard surface flooring then you know what I am talking about. I have tried to gain weight but I can't without drinking those nasty a$$ shakes LoL. But, its so hard for me because like I said my metabolism is so high. Those drinks are too rich and I hate sweets.

Everyone is different, I eat what I want and run everyday and workout every other day. What works me might not work for you or someone else. You don't have to start eating that seaweed sh*t either... LoL

Anyone have any other opinions?

I have decided the supplement im going to use is NOX-CG3.

I was wondering if anyones used mainly creatine supplements and can tell me simple things like dieting.

Also wondering, i know your have to drink alot of water when u take creatine, but i was wondering if you can drink gatorade instead? Will it do the same thing, or maybe work even better?
