so do you just need to cut weight for a fight or a tournament? or do you need to lose 10 pounds of fat? cuz if ur just cutting weight hit up the sauna and cut your cals like mentioned above and do some hard work to keep your heartrate up on your cardio.....if you're trying to lose 10 pounds of solid fat in one week...you're kinda outa luck...maybe if you eat absolutely nothing and work your ass off you can probly lose 10 pounds but thats really not healthy
