Tips for training on a little free time..

I was just wondering if anyone had any good methods for training standup or grappling on free time around the house. I find sometimes I have a little free time but not enough to go to the gym and really work good at it. Any input anyone?

shadowboxing, jump rope, sprawls, BURPEES, watch videos online, visualisation(sounds dumb, but i swear it helps), etc. Also, if you have any siblings its always good to roll with them and just practice technique

Shadow boxing is a fun little past time that is super easy to do, and if you take it seriously is quiet beneficial in your training. I sometimes do it at work if no one is watching

haha, i bet if ur co-workers seen you they would probably laugh until you poped em in the lips . It's funny how people who don't do what we do, make fun or laugh because they are ignorant, and think your weird. Then we beat em down
