Beginner Help

Hi, I've been watching MMA for about a year now. I'm 15 years old, i'm extremely small for my age. 5'3 110 pounds. Taking jujitsu this summer I want to play football this coming year.I was wondering is there training I could do since I don't have any acess to a gym (I live in the middle of no where).

lots of push ups, hand stands crunches, do alot of horse stance for your legs. run. if you live on a farm split wood. theres alot of stuff you can do that will make you incredibly stronger with out ever touching a weight. look up gymnastics/wrestling work outs.

your not that small either, i know grown ass men your size

You'll definitly grow taller and put on some weight as you age, unless your genetics don't allow it. Find anything you can to workout, and make sure you do it the right way.

Also look at articles in here: Rosstraining.com

He give alot of exercises you can do with all types of things you can find anywhere. If you have a tree, get a rope and climb up the tree, do rope pull-ups.

After getting the rope tie it to a piece of wood or metal and put stuf on it, then pull, pull, pull.

These are all seen on the website above and all very helpful.

Get a punching bag and punch, kick, elbow and knee it till it breaks.

Also, you could get a friend and spar with him.

use your own bodyweight as a weight to lift.. try doing pressups, ab crunches, chinups (if you can find somewhere to do this) and build your leg strength by finding hills, staircases excetera with height and run up this height, walk back down it, run up it again...

No Gym Workout googled this
