Hi Guys,

Here's a blog I wrote several months ago. I wanted to get some opinions form the forum members.

Why Crossfit is not Good for MMA Fighters

Thanks,

I thinks MMA boot camp workouts are great but cross fit is better because cross fit is a total body workout. Cross Fit is the best way to train cardio and strength.

I have a lot people at my gym doing my DDPyoga program for flexibility and cardio right now.

I don't see any issue with crossfit a lot professional athletes use it.

What are you strengths in mma? Are you boxer, wrestler, BJJ? Where do you excel?

Full body workout is best for gaining as much muscle in the gym Sometimes your best workouts can lead to your biggest breakouts it's best to give your skin a good cleanse before exercising so the sweat that builds up during your workout is clean http://www.defensesoap.com/gym-soap.html for information you can visit this site

Me too. I've seen nothing but negative comments whenever crossfit comes up. The link in the OP is dead. I'm just wondering what's wrong with it. I've never been to a real crossfit workout but It seems like a good principle. I try to do as much different stuff as I can. I just discovered that Free+style book that I really like so far and the author is kind of worshiped by the crossfit crowd So.... what's really wrong with crossfit?

this isn't a conversation so much as a bunch of people bumping the thread for their products and gyms, plus a couple of confused forum regulars

Everybody good, plenty of slaves for my robot colony?

While we're on the subject already, can someone explain to a lazy individual what crossfit is? I've always heard/read negative things about it as well.
