Muscle Milk or Whey
 
Hello. Well I'm confused right now on what to buy. Both good protein supplements, and I have done quite a bit of research on both. I'm thinking of taking it at least twice a day, but was wondering which of the two do you guys recommend? Honestly Muscle Milk seems more attractive to me, but whey is pretty much also good. Which do you recommend?

Muscle Milk is much better and it tastes like a diner quality milkshake. I take it after my workout and before bed. I like the Peanut Butter Chocolate Flavor:thumbsup:

I only take it after workout's but what do u get outta takin it before bed?:confused02:

Becuase you go into a sort of catabolic state during resting hours and muscle milk helps your body stay more anabolic

Its actually the other way around. Whey is the fastest absorbing protein. That's why whey is the best choice for immediate post-work out shakes.

But Muscle Milk is great during all other times because it'll repair muscles for a while after you drink, unlike whey which absorbs quick and then stops working.
