How much weight can I cut?

Sorry for the barage of questions. I am around 215 right now between 25%-27% body fat. (I know )I am aware it is hard to tell me how much weight I should cut without doing fat testing etc. However, which weight class do you think I should shoot for? I am roughly 6'1" as well if it helps at all.

Eat clean(healthy), run, hit the weights, etc and cut as much fat as you need to.

I'd say 6'1 is fine for LHW or MW. Depends on your build and how much muscle you've got.

Then if you're 195 or under, you'd cut water in the final week to make 185.

Cut fat, get in shape, then pick.
