Yes but supplementation is just that; a supplementation to your diet and exercise program. Even if your taking the supplements and working out reqularly if your not eating properly and getting enough sleep etc., they won't do anything for you.

Think diet first then supplements second. Try and get everything u can from your normal diet and if u cant then use supplements.

I started taking glutamine and a basic whey protein shake about 2 months ago and its helped alot. I recover alot quicker and ive seen great strength gains.

Start off with a basic protein shake and see how that works and then stack or buy a more complex (and expensive) shake later.
