Lets see you can eat more but still healthy, lift lift lift, get some protein shakes but no weight gainer. Hopefully you will gain the extra muscle and go up in weight.

why not weight gainer, before i started working out i weighed about 125lbs and am know 145lbs with the help of weight gainer and xzience. Keep in mind i work out 1-2 times a week so i don't have much expirience.

i would do a clean bulk... eat healthy wholesome food... eat roughly every two hours... take in about a gram of protien per pound of weight that you wiegh a day, drink at least a gallon of water.... chicken, eggs, nuts, peanut butter, whole wheat bread, protien shakes, milk, will be your best friend..... and for lifting, lift heavy... the weight should be heavy enough where you can only do about 3 sets of 6 to 8.... squats, bench press, and deadlifts are very good compound excercises to put on muscle mass... hope that helps some

First of all weight gainer can get expensive and depending on which you buy it can contain a lot of cholesterol and fats. Gaining weight and muscle can be done without taking 2000 extra calories from weight gainer a day.

Ill agree I would recommend 5x5 for lifting but what he says works just as well. I would say using a weight gainer wont harm anything, I use Real Gains by Universal Nutrition. You could look that up if youd like and its not a very heavy calorie intake like Big was saying.
