Salty22 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
im 20, 6ft3 and 104kg atm.
what would you guys recommend for me?
i can drop and gain weight quite easily

Drop to Light Heavyweight(205) but if you think you can make it go for Middleweight(185) and Heavyweight should be ok aswell seeing as Randy is only 100kg.

It is better if you drop not gain.

Don't move around in weight divisions and try to find the easiest, get into the division you feel best in and make it yours.

Point of that...go in what ever weight division you feel best in.

Are you a solid 160lbs or could you lose some body fat? If you have fat to lose you can even go lower than 155. thanks for that, Light Heavyweight sounds good so ill try and drop to that.
middleweight is out of my reach i reckon, im a very chunky guy and i havent been that kind of weight since secondary school lol.

i got body fat to trim so hopefully i can get down to at least 145 thanks for all the help guys
