need some help

hi im new to MMA and need some
i'm 5' 6" and need to know what weight class I would do the best in. loosing weight is not an issue i just need to know what to shoot for.

but im willing to drop to any weight i'll be competitive at

5-10lbs i can loose on my own. but whats the fastest way to drop 25 pounds? i already fallow the training diet but whats the best work out to loose the weight?

If you can drop right down to Bantamweight(135) but try Featherweight(145).
