Checked Out an MMA Gym

For the first time! It was cool!

2 of my buddies went ready to try it out, I just chilled and watched. It was 1 1/2 hour and they learned the basic submissions from on top, and on the bottom, how to sweep and roll into a mount etc.

The class is 4 times a week with something different every one of those days like striking, grappling, cardio and stuff like that. I scored a mouthguard while I was there too.

Overall a fun time and I look forward to getting into shape and learning to fight
